Can I cancel Or Make Changes To My Order Post Purchase?
We begin to process your order as soon as you submit it. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?
We’re sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your Lavido order. We want to make sure you find the right products for you and your skin. While we do not offer returns, we do offer exchanges up to 30 days after your order if the product is unused and in the same condition you received it. How Do I Process A Return?
Reach out to us at customerservice@lavido.com and we will help you with your order. Please include your order number in your email and let us know why you would like to exchange your product(s). Please note that all exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I Exchange A Bundle Purchase?
Yes, but only on full bundle exchanges that include all of the original products. We do not accept partial exchanges.
